Another Halloween themed nail art design. I thought the green looked nice but a dripping blood design (using red instead of green) would also look great. I used a large dotting tool for this design but if you don't have one you can use the end of a bobby pin. Enjoy!
Step 1-Paint nails white (or whatever you want to use as a base color)
Step 2- Use a large dotting tool to cover the top of your nail and create 3 large dots
Step 3- Use a smaller dotting tool or toothpick to connect the dots to the top of your nail
Step 4- *OPTIONAL* Create a small dot at the tip of your nail to represent a drop falling
